Japan Madarao/Tangram CASI Course 2023-2024

The full name of CASI is "Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors." It is a highly reputable snowboard instructor certification organization internationally.

Half Cab Japan從2018年起取得授權，在日本長野斑尾地區開辦CASI滑雪教練認證考試，目前已開辦Level 1～Level 3, Park Level 1 各級教練考試，並針對考試內容安排滑雪教練培訓課程。

CASI Lv1~Lv3, Park Lv1 course的過程中教官會給予滑行與教學指導，指導完後進行考試。(指導與考試的時間分配以當季考試準則為主)

Course requirements
*Must be at least 15 years old.

*The exam is available in English or Chinese. For the Chinese course, there are Cantonese and Mandarin interpreters available. The choice of the main language for the class will depend on the number of students speaking a particular language. For example, if the majority of students speak Mandarin, the interpreter will primarily translate into Mandarin, with Cantonese provided as supplementary translation when needed.

*The exam includes riding and teaching components. Please refer to the respective level requirements for the specific standards.連結page

If you wish to preview in advance, please search online for the "CASI Reference Guide" for reference. (The exam will be based on the latest version electronic file provided in the confirmation email.)

Class dates and fees for the 2023-24 academic year.

First Half:

– 2024 January 5th – January 7th: Level 1 English Course (3 Days) – HKD 6,600 (Full)

– 2024 January 8th – January 12th: Level 1 Chinese Course (5 Days – HKD 8,600 (Full)

– 2024 January 14th – January 20th: Level 2 Chinese Course (7 Days) – HKD 10,800 (Full)

– 2024 January 22nd – January 24th: Level 1 English Course (3 Days) – HKD 6,600 (Full)

– 2024 January 25th – January 28th: Level 2 English Course (4 Days) – HKD 7,800

– 2024 January 30th – February 3rd: Level 1 Chinese Course (5 Days) – HKD 8,600 (Full)

Second Half:

– 2024 February 14th – February 18th: Level 1 Chinese Course (5 Days) – HKD 8,600 (Full)

– 2024 February 15th – February 18th: Level 2 English Course (4 Days) – HKD 7,800

– 2024 February 19th – February 20th: Level 1 Park Course (2 Days) – HKD 6,000

– 2024 February 22nd – February 26th: Level 3 English Course (5 Days) – HKD 10,800

– 2024 February 28th – March 1st: Level 3 Exam (3 Days, for three exam) – HKD 6,000 (Each exam: HKD 2,000)

– 2024 March 3rd – March 9th: Level 2 Chinese Course (7 Days) – HKD 10,800 (Full)

– 2024 March 11th – March 15th: Level 1 Chinese Course (5 Days) – HKD 8,600 (Full)

Apart from the Level 3 exam, we currently do not have any available slots for retest candidates. All retest applications will be placed on a waiting list. Please note that once the course reaches full capacity, we will be unable to accommodate retest candidates on the waiting list. Therefore, we strongly recommend candidates consider registering for the full course. The retest fees for Level 1 and Level 2 will be 50% of the full course price.for retest candidates, please inquire directly via email.

(The fees do not include accommodation, airfare, transportation, meals, ski passes, etc.)
